Laura's story is one of good news & hope!

Living in the YES  shares what Laura learned on her journey through crushing despair into God’s overwhelming joy.  As she struggled to cope with a life of limitations after a 2013 car accident, she found that nothing could stop God from being present with her. “The storms outside of us don’t have to come inside of us,” she says. “Whatever NO we face in life, it can’t block God’s YES. I became more and more excited as I discovered how real His presence was, even in the hardest times." She passionately believes that God invites each of us to know him like this – full of love, intensely good, and ever present.

Then God dramatically healed Laura, and all symptoms of the brain injury disappeared. “I’m still astonished,” she admits. “His goodness is overwhelming. Graham Cooke says there is only one way to live: astonished at the majesty of God. I think he’s got it exactly right.”

Laura will be publishing Living in the YES this spring.  Sharing stories from her own life and the lives of people she knows, she invites us to join her in learning how to dance in God’s river of living water.
